Evangelism

The Evangelism Ministry works together in love helping the congregation fulfill the great commission of saving souls and helping souls stay saved. They help teach, train and organize teachers to conduct one-on-one Bible classes. All new members are assigned to an evangelism team member as a mentor to assist them in their stage of Christian infancy.

Bible Correspondence / TV Program

The Bible Correspondence and the Television Program Ministries are tools used to aid in the Evangelism Ministry. Five lessons within the Bible Correspondence Course are open and free to anyone. The lessons are mailed one at a time to interested parties. At the end of the course, a certificate of completion is earned.

Baptism

The Baptism Ministry is to assist the Evangelism Ministry with love and care in preparing prospects to dress for their baptism. They are responsible for keeping the baptism rooms and clothing clean, organized, and stocked with Welcome Packages and Member Information Cards.

Worship

The Worship Ministry works with the leadership helping to train, organize, and assign workers to carry out the worship services and special events. Men in the Church are organized and trained to serve in all aspects of worship and events to lead members and visitors in proper worship to God.

Hospitality

The Hospitality Ministry works with the Worship Ministry to ensure members have been trained on how to greet members and visitors as they enter the building to attend Church-related events. They also cater to the needs of extended-stay visitors (i.e., visiting Ministers, Singing Groups, etc.) by booking hotels, picking up from the airport, transportation to and from the Church building, etc.


Education

The Education Ministry helps the congregation fulfill its mission of saving souls and helping souls stay saved by planning, organizing, and teaching classes and workshops that will educate and equip the membership to live Godly lives and be more productive in the Church, home, and community. We desire to have all members receive a working knowledge of the Bible so that they can live the best Christian lives possible and be able to give a Biblical answer to every man that asks why we believe what we believe.


Benevolence

The Benevolence Ministry collects, organizes, and distributes food, clothing, furniture, and other items that will assist the needy and help care for the sick. This ministry also oversees funeral repast services.


Zone Care/ Small Group

The Membership Zone Care/Small Group Ministry helps to organize the members of the congregation into small groups to make it easier to care for one another spiritual and physical needs. They encourage each other to attend services faithfully and to fellowship with other members.


Music

The Music Ministry works with the congregation and various singing groups in providing songs that will edify the Church. These songs should encourage others to want to know more about why we do not use mechanical instruments for music in our service and Church-related activities.


Special Programs

The Special Programs Ministry helps the Church and all ministries plan, coordinate, and execute programs that will help the Church accomplish its mission of saving souls and helping souls stay saved.


Youth

The Youth Ministry provides spiritual, social, and physical activities for all of the youth of the congregation helping them to help fulfill the mission of the Church: saving souls and helping them stay saved. This ministry strives to provide activities that will educate motivate and encourage all youth and their families to grow in their relationship to Christ and at the same time have some fun. 

Ladies at Work (L.A.W.)

The Ladies At Work Ministry (L.A.W.) brings the ladies of the congregation together in Bible Classes, seminars, meetings, and activities to learn how to be better women of God, better wives, and better mothers; also, to encourage a better working relationship between the ladies of the Church as each assist in fulfilling the great commission.

New Man

The New Man Ministry brings men of the congregation together in a loving, caring atmosphere; teaching them to become better men, husbands, and fathers. This is done through discussion groups, accountability groups, along with working with various projects and participation in activities.

Family Life

The Family Life Ministry works with the leadership to provide educational and recreational classes and activities that will help families grow in Christ together and become more productive in helping to save souls and helping souls stay saved.


S.T.A.R.S. (Senior Adult Ministry)

The Senior Adult Ministry (known as S.T.A.R.S) unites the many Senior Citizens of our congregation and empower them through their experience, knowledge, and wisdom to do a greater work for the Lord, by bringing others to Christ, edifying and building up one another, and helping to build up the community as well as the Church. The acronym means, Seniors Taking Action in Reasonable Service.

S.A.M. (Single Adult Ministry)

The Single Adult Ministry (known as S.A.M) trains personalities in the ways of Christ, this training fosters a Spirit-filled brotherhood that will encourage, edify, and motivate Singles to live separate lives from the world and glorify God. The ministry provides a variety of Christ-focused activities that all Singles in the Church through evangelism training, discussions, Bible studies, serving others, and social activities.

Family Counseling

The Family Counseling Ministry serves the many counseling needs of the members of the congregation as well as non-members. Counseling helps them to receive the proper help they need to live good spiritual lives.

Adult Recreation

The Adult Recreation Ministry is to combine bodily exercise and godliness through various recreational activities for adult members of the Church to live what they have learned at worship and in Bible classes.

Marriage Enrichment

The Marriage Enrichment Ministry is to help young married couples (10 years or less) view marriage as God views marriage. They are taught how marriage is a tool to save souls and help souls stay saved; not only the souls of the couple but also to others.


Health and Safety

The Health and Safety Ministry is to assist members of the Church and community with taking care of their physical health by sharing information and sponsoring health fairs as a means of education and information sharing.


Media

The Media Ministry is to capture all worship services and special programs on audio, DVD, and video and to edit, duplicate, and make tapes ready for members, the general public and prepare tapes for the Let the Bible Speak TV Program. Non-members and sick and shut-in members are provided with free recordings when requested. Members are to pay a fee to help with the production expenses.


Mission

The Mission Ministry is to help spread the good news to foreign places as well as at home and providing aide as best we can to struggling congregations at home and abroad that are striving to grow.


Prison

The Prison Ministry is to minister and help members of the congregation and their families who are incarcerated in any way possible. We will strive to encourage the incarcerated to keep the faith, trust God and do the right thing. We will assist families with prayer, Bible studies and help with physical needs as much as possible.


Faith Based Outreach

The Northside Community Involvement, Inc. (NCI) is the faith-based community outreach ministry of the church. It is purposed to reach more souls by helping to improve people’s lives and improve the community through the creation of programs that will cater to families, especially single parents and children.

Finance

The Finance Ministry collects and keeps an account of all finances collected by the Church and its various ministries. This ministry is to make sure all money is disbursed and accounted for according to normal accounting practices.

ACCESS ONLINE GIVING

Building / Grounds Maintenance

The Building/Grounds Maintenance Ministry maintains all buildings, grounds, and Church properties inside and outside. They help set up for various Church events and secure all properties. The mission is to keep the buildings and grounds clean and taking care of repairs, making sure buildings and grounds are safe and secure at all times.


Transportation

The Transportation Ministry provides transportation to members and non-members who need assistance to and from worship services and other Church-related activities.

Culinary

The Culinary Ministry plans and prepares all meals and refreshments for the Church and special events. They keep an inventory of all culinary equipment and supplies.


Beautification / Decoration

The Beautification/Decoration Ministry decorates and beautifies the buildings, grounds for special events and maintains the bulletin boards. The overall goal of the Beautification/Decoration Ministry is to keep the Church building and grounds looking beautiful at all times especially during special events and other Church-related activities.


Youth Summer Camp

The Youth Summer Camp provides a dual purpose. It is a safe and economically friendly place to enroll your children (ages 4-13) for the summer. They will have a plethora of activities, field trips, and educational fun during the entire summer. Secondly, it provides an opportunity for youth ages 12-15 to learn what it is like to have a job. They have to complete a volunteer employment application, go through an interview process, and if hired, they go through training, and are assigned to an aide position and given a work schedule. If funding is available, it is possible that they will receive a small stipend; however, that is based upon adequate funding.
